The Vivo V7+ has been launched in India. Like other phones made by Vivo, the phone is being marketed with its selfie camera as its USP. The Vivo V7 is a selfie centric phone and comes with a huge 24-megapixel camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture and selfie soft light. The phone will be available for sale in the latter half of September and is currently available for prebooking. It is priced at Rs. 21,999.
The Vivo V7 Plus comes with a 5.99-inch HD resolution display. The screen is made of 2.5D curved glass and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The aspect ratio of the screen is 18:9. The phone packs an octa-core 1.8GHz Snapdragon 450 Soc coupled with the Adreno 506 GPU. There is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone also comes with a microSD slot through which the storage can be further expanded to 256GB.
On the rear of the Vivo V7+, there is a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash. The rear camera also has an aperture of f/2.0 and features the OmniVision OV16880 sensor. The phone also features a fingerprint sensor. Other features include 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, AK4376A H-Fi audio chip, 4G Volte, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS GLONASS.
The Vivo V7+ runs on the latest Funtouch OS 3.2 which is based on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat). It draws its power from a 3225 mAh battery which provides good backup and talktime. The phone is available in two color variants: Champagne Gold and Matte Black.
