The Lumia 535 is Microsoft’s first non-Nokia branded mobile phone. The phone is aimed at the entry-level smartphone segment which is being dominated by the likes of Samsung and Xiaomi. However, the phone has some nice features which should attract customers on a tight budget.
The Lumia 535 comes with qHD display capable 5-inch IPS LCD screen @ 960 x 540 resolution and 220 ppi. The screen is nothing much to talk about but is ok for the price of the phone.
Coming to what is the under the hood, the Lumia 535 comes with a Quad Core Snapdragon 200 processor @ 1200 Mhz and 1GB of RAM. The phone packs enough power to run Windows Phone and many apps. Demanding apps may lag a little. The phone will run Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 with Denim update. The Lumia 535 will also have five integrated Microsoft services: Office, OneDrive, Cortana, Skype and OneNote.
