How to check your Reliance Jio main balance:
You can check the main balance by two ways. You can dial *333# and this will show you the main balance in your Reliance Jio number. You can also check the main balance through SMS by sending MBAL to 55333. You will receive an SMS with your main balance details.
How to check Reliance Jio prepaid balance and validity:
To know the prepaid balance and the validity of the subscribed pack through SMS, send BAL to 199. You will receive an SMS with the balance and validity details.
How to know the bill amount:
If you have Reliance Jio postpaid service and want to know the bill details, send BILL to 199. You will receive an SMS with the bill details.
How to know the subscribed tariff plan:
If you are not certain with the tariff plan that you have subscribed to, you can send a message as MY PLAN to 199. This will show you the plan that you have actually subscribed to.
How to know your own Jio number:
If you have forgotten your own Jio number, simply dial the USSD code: *1#. This is the same as most other mobile service providers.
How to check your 4G data usage on Reliance Jio:
Reliance Jio offers unlimited calling and messaging but you need to pay for the 4G data usage. Currently, there is no USSD code to check the data usage on Reliance Jio. However, you can check your data usage by going to Settings > Data usage on your Android smartphone. You can also set a limit to the data to prevent excessive usage.
You can also know your data usage by switching off the mobile data briefly. You should receive an SMS showing your data usage and available data balance.
